- Fresh Cilantro : 1 bunch
- Fresh Mint : 1 bunch
- Green Chillies : 5 ( up to taste )
- Tomato : 2 medium ( quartered )
- Tamarind Juice : 2 tablespoon ( up to taste )
- Salt : 1 teaspoon ( up to taste )
How to do it :
- Clean and wash the cilantro.
- Pick the mint leaves.
- Remove stems from the chillies..
- Put all the above ingredients in the blender and blend to a smooth mixture.
- Adjust seasoning.
- The green chatnee is ready.
- Serve with snacks for extra tangy taste.
Notes :
- This Chatnee will keep fresh for at least 5 days in the fridge, but since its super easy to make,i would suggest to make a small batch at a time because the fresh chatnee tastes quite mean :)
